Article 1: Purpose

This agreement aims to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities required for users to utilize the Framer Share plugin (hereinafter referred to as “plugin”).

Article 2: Definition of Terms

The main terms used in this agreement are defined as follows:

1. The “plugin” refers to software that provides various sharing button features for Framer projects.

2. “User” refers to an individual or corporation that purchases and installs the plugin.

3. A “License Key” is a unique code issued by the company to officially use the plugin.

Article 3: Plugin Content

1. The plugin supports users in adding diverse platform sharing buttons to Framer projects.

2. The plugin is offered through a one-time purchase, and all features can be used without limitation after purchase.

3. Users receive future updates free of charge.

Article 4: Usage Scope and License

1. The plugin is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and cannot be sublicensed.

2. Users may not use the plugin for reverse engineering, duplication, resale, or rental activities.

Article 5: Users' Rights and Obligations

1. Users must use the plugin in a diligent manner according to defined objectives and methods.

2. Users must comply with relevant laws and this agreement and must not infringe upon others' intellectual property or portrait rights.

Article 6: Intellectual Property Rights

1. The copyrights and intellectual property rights of the plugin and related materials belong to the company.

2. Users cannot arbitrarily replicate, modify, or distribute icons, UI, or source code provided within the plugin.

Article 7: Updates and Amendments

1. The company may perform updates when necessary to enhance the plugin’s stability and quality.

2. This agreement may change, and users will be notified in advance through the official plugin page or sales platform.

Article 8: Disclaimer and Liability Limitation

1. The company is not liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by users' use of the plugin.

Article 9: Refund Policy

1. Users may request a full refund within 7 days from the payment date, provided there is no usage record of the license key. “No usage record” means there are no successful activation or verification logs.

2. Upon refund, the issued license key is immediately deactivated.

3. Refund amount criteria: If promotions, coupons, bundle discounts, or credits were applied, the refund amount is based on the actual payment after discounts.

Article 10: Relationship Disclaimer

1. The Facebook, X, KakaoTalk, Naver, WhatsApp, LINE, Reddit, and other third-party sharing buttons and logos provided by the plugin are trademarks or service marks of each respective company.

2. The plugin is not officially affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by the aforementioned platforms in any way.

3. When users employ sharing features through each platform, the policies and terms of service of that platform apply separately.

Article 11: Privacy Policy

1. The company collects only the minimum personal information necessary for providing the plugin and manages it safely in accordance with relevant laws.

2. The company's privacy policy is notified in a separate document, and users must review and agree to it.

Article 12: Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any disputes related to the use of the plugin are subject to the jurisdiction of the first-instance court at the location of the company's headquarters.
