The Tally plugin for Framer helps you easily insert Tally forms into your projects. You can use it without writing code or manual setup.

1. Paste the Form Link

Copy and paste the form URL published from Tally.

2. Adjust Design

Select whether to display the title and background, and adjust the form's alignment (left or center).

3. One-Click Insert

The form is instantly inserted into your Framer design, works responsively, and can collect responses immediately. You can freely use all Tally forms, including contact forms, feedback collection, signup forms, and surveys.
