How to Cancel a Site Plan
You can cancel your site plan by following these steps:
Go to Workspace Settings, then open the “Plans” tab.
Click the three-dot icon (⋯) next to the site.
Select “Cancel Plan”.
Enter feedback, then confirm the cancellation.
Once canceled, you can check the cancellation status in Project Settings and the Plans tab of the Workspace. You will retain plan benefits until the end of the current billing cycle.Note: If the “Cancel Plan” button is not visible, there is no active subscription for that project.
How to Cancel an Editor Plan
To stop the Editor plan in a workspace, you must first cancel all site subscriptions.
Once the final site plan is canceled, the Editor subscription will also automatically end,
and no further charges will be incurred after the current billing cycle ends.

Framer generally does not offer refunds.
However, residents of the European Union (EU) or Turkey can request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase.
