How to Transfer a Project to Someone Else
Open the project you want to transfer
Click the Framer logo in the top navigation bar
Select File →
Transfer ProjectEnter the email address of the recipient
If you don't want to remain as an editor after the transfer, uncheck the checkbox
Click the “Transfer” button
note: Once the recipient accepts the transfer, the existing subscription is canceled, and the remaining period is refunded as credit to your account.

How to Accept a Project Transfer
You will receive an email to accept the transfer.
Click the link in the email and log in or sign up for Framer
Click the “Confirm Transfer” button
Complete adding the project to your account
Note: If the project uses paid features (e.g., custom domains, multilingual support), you will be prompted to subscribe to a plan.
Additional Information to Know
The domain connection is not severed upon transfer, ensuring uninterrupted client site operation.
Changes to the subscription plan or payment responsibility should be configured by the client after accepting the project.
